Every class has 3 parts:
⁃ pranayama/breathing techniques
⁃ asana practice
⁃ meditation & relaxation
Asana practices vary: from deep and passionate yin yoga to dynamic vinyasa, power yoga or a grounding hatha!
I always in a constant connection with the group listening to their needs and preferences, adapting and amending practices.
We’re not forcing the movement, we’re enjoying the body potential and its strength🤍
Everyone can visit the classes unless they have a strict sport limitation recommended by the doctor. Classes are in Russian and in English.
